Shipping Policy — Casa Lumra

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read below for everything you need to know about how we ship, estimated delivery times, and what to do if something goes wrong.


1. Where We Ship From

All Casa Lumra orders are fulfilled from our location in Canada. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@casalumra.com and we will do our best to assist.

All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or factors outside our control. Delivery times are not guaranteed.


4. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the information to update in the carrier's system.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@casalumra.com.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Casa Lumra ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control.

All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Casa Lumra is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, nor for any additional charges assessed at the border. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of applicable charges before placing your order.

Please note that orders may be subject to inspection by customs authorities, which can add to overall delivery time.


7. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance and inspection
  • Carrier or postal service disruptions
  • Public holidays in Canada or the destination country
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@casalumra.com and we will investigate with our logistics partner.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Casa Lumra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@casalumra.com right away. We will do our best to make corrections, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.


9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at hello@casalumra.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage (where applicable)

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
